Biliary strictures and leaks

Biliary leak - post OLTx.
This liver transplant patient developed a biliary leak after inadvertent removal of the surgical t-tube. Spilling of contrast from the CHD where the t-tube had been. In addition to this patient's leak, note was also made of abnormal intrahepatic ducts which later proved to be necrotic bile ducts secondary to hepatic artery thrombosis.
